During my career I have advised businesses from all sorts of sectors and at different stages in their evolution; from start-up, scale ups, fundraising, business planning and ultimately exit strategies for the stakeholders. Having worked on both sides of the fence, public practice and industry I am uniquely positioned to ensure regulatory and legal compliance and liaise with other external advisers such as bankers and lawyers.
