I’ve spent the last 10 years working within HR for start-ups and SMEs, working in partnership with founders and CEOs to optimise people & culture strategy, operations and processes across the business. Most recently, I have been working on a freelance and fractional basis, after welcoming my son to the world in December 2023, and absolutely loving it.

Whilst my experience in the start-up world has been consistent, I bring a broad range of industry experience, most notably media agencies & influencer marketing, education and hospitality. My creative foundation (Film & Theatre at uni) and additional tutoring experience (I’ve been an English & Maths tutor for the last 14 years) has allowed me to combine creative people skills and a passion for learning and growth with sharp commercial awareness, allowing me to thrive and deliver results in challenging scale-up environments. I hold a CIPD Level 5 qualification in Human Resource Management and am looking to pursue my Level 7 by the end of 2025.
